First of all she is thorough. Since I'm not, that was very helpful. Second she was very patient as I had lots of questions. Third she was accommodating. We viewed homes at 9am even when it took 40 minutes to get there. Donna is just a kind, caring person who is easy to work with and efficient. You will love working with her.

I can't think of anything she could have done better. Her communication back and forth with me was excellent. She was available at all times.
